Historically, voter turn-out in midterm elections is low, but many municipal government offices (e.g. mayors, school boards, local city/county councils) that have a great deal of impact on our everyday lives are often decided by a very small margin in these elections. Make sure you know the ways you can vote this November and have a plan to meet the requirements and deadlines so your vote counts.
If you are worried about gerrymandered districts, come see what maps drawn without prioritizing incumbent or partisan protection look like and get prepared to evaluate the forthcoming maps that the legislature proposes.
