SC WIL Lean In Circles of Women are geographic, professional, issue-based, or collegiate groups of women from all backgrounds, who come together to network, learn, mentor, and support each other. Circles are about women helping women and are designed to provide women a place to open up, be unapologetically ambitious, and find purpose.
Each Circle is a group of women who typically meet once a month for an hour that works for the group. Circles challenge and champion women in attaining their personal, professional, and political leadership goals.
