South Carolina Women in Leadership (SCWIL) empowers women to take on public leadership roles by providing them with the training, connections, and resources they need to succeed. Our goal is to create a political landscape that reflects the diversity of our communities, emphasizing collaboration, integrity, and respectful communication. SCWIL engages a wide range of stakeholders and cultivates partnerships to break down barriers for women in leadership. Through our programs like online and in-person training for elected and appointed office and substantive resources, SCWIL not only prepares women for office, but also highlights the positive impact of diverse leadership. SCWIL is committed to fostering an inclusive, multi-partisan environment that champions ethical leadership and civil discourse.
