I am a graduate of the College of Charleston with a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.A. in management from Webster University.
I have over 25 years of leadership and business development experience in the financial Industry. I began my career working for Wells Fargo Financial and, finally, in 2023 with Optus Bank. (The only minority depository institution in South Carolina) as the Market President.
I have since started Thrive Management Consultant with the focus of driving company culture, strategic planning initiatives, and business development.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Shane, and our son. I volunteer on several boards. Currently, I serve as a board member of Trident United Way, Minority Women Business Enterprise Advisory Board for the City of Charleston, and Past President of Summerville Rotary Club and board member.
