Goose Creek Puts Spotlight on Women

This past March 8, in honor of International Women’s Day, the city of Goose Creek spotlighted the women on its city council. Councilwoman Melissa Enos-Sims has served on the city council since 2020 and is also a U.S. Navy Veteran. Sims recently took on the position of Lowcountry Director of Outreach with S.C. Women Lead, a multipartisan organization that encourages women to become informed and engage in public issues.
