As a continuation of the annual Spring Training campaign training series, SC Women in Leadership is hosting “Office Hours” workshops to dig deeper into specific campaign topics. These will be working sessions where the facilitators lead participants through the topic or tool.

Office Hours workshops are complimentary and will be limited to 15 participants. Sessions may be repeated at a later date based on demand.

Using public data and SC WIL proprietary research, the facilitator will help participants identify which offices are most likely to be most winnable based on historic data. Our application does not take issues into consideration. The relative commitment and regional recognition of the candidate can be layered on the candidate’s evaluation of her opportunity. Our purpose is to evaluate where political opportunities exist within a region or district.

SC WIL has taken public data derived from multiple previous elections and applied proprietary techniques to analyze precincts and districts that are most open to change. Using this database, the facilitator will help prospective candidates evaluate whether or not opportunities to challenge the seat are viable for a particular district.

NOTE: Data is available to a precinct level which may assist county candidates but deliver less insight for municipal candidates.
