As a continuation of the annual Spring Training campaign training series, SC Women in Leadership is hosting “Office Hours” workshops to dig deeper into specific campaign topics. These will be working sessions where the facilitators lead participants through the topic or tool.

Office Hours workshops are complimentary and will be limited to 15 participants. Sessions may be repeated at a later date based on demand.

You can’t—and shouldn’t try to run your campaign alone. This workshop will share best-practices to help you decide who you need on your campaign team based on the office you are running for, as well as sharing skill assessment tools for potential campaign staff. Discussion will include how many people to bring on board, how to structure their responsibilities, and if they will be paid or volunteers.

This workshop is great for women who are considering the possibility of a future run, decided candidates, or if you want to help by serving on another woman’s campaign team.
