Joining as an Allied Organization means you stand for equal representation in elected and appointed public office. Whether you’re a nonprofit, advocacy group, academic institution, or community organization, your voice strengthens our mission. As an Allied Member, you’ll gain access to a host of benefits, including data insights, member-only resources, and your organization will be amplified to SC WIL’s participants and supporters across South Carolina.
What does Allied Organization Membership include?
- Full access for the membership year to the LEAD Database, a comprehensive, statewide listing of all elected offices with filing and election dates, terms, current office holders, and more. *Contact emily@scwomenlead.net to schedule a preview demonstration of the database.
- Complimentary individual appointed and elected office consultations for women referred by allied organization members. Elected office consultations can include candidate-specific geographic LEAD Database information as well as information on political lean and voter turnout down to the precinct level.
- Access by request to SC WIL’s proprietary partisan lean reporting for any elected office in the state to help candidates understand the political landscape of elected seats they are considering seeking and offers insights for campaign strategy.
- Exclusive access to a robust, continually updated spreadsheet of every candidate who has filed to run for office in South Carolina this election cycle. Includes more detailed information than scVOTES, with filing statuses, election results, and other key details. Designed to work hand-in-hand with the LEAD Database for easy cross-referencing of offices and candidates.

How much does it cost to join?
Annual memberships are offered by election year to organizations that share SC WIL’s vision and values.

| One-year Membership 2026-2031 | $1,000 per year |
| All available years 2025-2031 | $5,000 |
*The LEAD Data is divided by year, with each year showing all offices next up for election in that year. Organizations will receive access to LEAD Data only for the year(s) they select. No matter what year(s) you select, benefits and LEAD Data access will begin immediately and end on December 31 of the last year you select. You may select any combination of membership years.
