Tina Christiano is the owner and CEO of Secondary Solutions, a successful business providing problem solving solutions for a variety of manufacturers in the Upstate of South Carolina. Together with her leadership team, she manages the operations of over 100 full time employees, 75% of which are women. A military school education at Vermont’s prestigious Norwich University gave Tina the knowledge and insight into finding innovative solutions when it came to business processes and applications.

Tina utilizes these same skills while serving both her community and her profession. She is heavily involved with GWBC holding the 2nd Chair position on the board, serving on the Board Leadership committee as well as the Task Force, Certification and Board Development/Succession planning committees. She also chairs “The Voice” committee of the WBENC and participates in the National Forum. Locally, Tina serves on the Board of Trustees of the Chapman Cultural Center whose mission provides the community the opportunity of a first-rate, firsthand cultural experience.

Tina is committed to her personal mission of ensuring every woman is aware of the opportunities to become involved in their communities and their state and to become a leader. She believes networking and communication are the most valuable tools for women to share best practices and experiences while supporting each other’s missions and goals.
