Becca Barnett

Rebecca (Becca) Barnett, Manager of Corporate Strategy at Milliken & Company, is dedicated to advancing community initiatives in her hometown of Spartanburg, SC, where she resides with her husband, two children, and dog (Jolene).

In addition to her role at Milliken, Becca serves on the Board of Children’s Cancer Partners of the Carolinas and the Board of PAL (Play. Advocate. Live Well.). She is also on Milliken’s Women’s Alliance Steering Committee. In her free time, Becca enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling.

South Carolina Women in Leadership (SC WIL) empowers women to take on public leadership roles by providing them with the training, connections, and resources they need to succeed. Our goal is to create a political landscape that reflects the diversity of our communities, emphasizing collaboration, integrity, and respectful communication. SC WIL engages a wide range of stakeholders and cultivates partnerships to break down barriers for women in leadership. Through our programs like online and in-person training for elected and appointed office and substantive resources, SC WIL not only prepares women for office, but also highlights the positive impact of diverse leadership. SC WIL is committed to fostering an inclusive, multi-partisan environment that champions ethical leadership and civil discourse.
