
Linda Salane
Dr. Linda Salane, CEO of WNN (Why Not Now) Consulting and Executive Coaching, is a graduate professor in organizational leadership at Columbia College.
Salane works with business, government and non-profit organizations in leadership development, succession planning, and strategic planning. A Liberty Fellow Mentor, she serves on the boards of Sandhills School, Girl Scouts Mountains to Midlands, and Community Opportunity Resources for Young Professionals.
A founding member of South Carolina Women’s Leadership Network (SC WIL) and the I Believe Anita Hill Celebration and Challenge, Salane is a writer, researcher and trainer for diversity and gender equality as critical components to successful futures.
She was honored by COR as the 2018 Community Pillar, by the Columbia Chamber of Commerce as the 2013 Community Advocate and by the USC Honors College as alumnae of the year
Her mission: lead change, challenging everyone to make a difference. Laugh, love, and live to the fullest- seeing life as a gift and a responsibility.
