Dr. Kimberly Roberts has served as the Clerk to Council for Fairfield County for two years. Before that, she worked for Richland County for five years as the Assistant Clerk to Council and then the Clerk to Council. She is a certified Clerk to Council and serves on the Executive Board of the South Carolina Association of Counties’ Clerk to Council Association. In 2021, Dr. Roberts earned her doctorate in organizational leadership. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the proud mother of one daughter who is a senior at Winthrop University.
